1) Where We Ship
We currently ship to: U.S., EU member states, U.K., Canada, Brazil & LATAM, Australia/New Zealand, Middle East, and selected APAC countries. Availability and carrier options are shown at checkout.
2) Processing Times

Order verification & packing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) local warehouse time process the next business day.

Pre-orders / backorders: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
EU/UK note: Unless otherwise agreed, consumer orders should be delivered within 30 days of purchase; if not, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered items.

4) Rates, Free Shipping & Surcharges

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

Free shipping thresholds (if any) are displayed on-site and apply to Standard service only.

Remote area surcharges (carrier-defined) and oversized/heavy item fees may apply and will be shown before payment.
5) Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Signature required may be applied to high-value orders at our discretion for loss prevention.

PO Boxes / APO/FPO / Parcel Lockers: Supported for certain services only (shown at checkout). Hazardous or oversized items cannot ship to these addresses.
6) Customs, Duties, VAT & IOSS
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees collected by the destination country.

EU (IOSS): For orders ≤ €150 where we collect VAT at checkout, parcels typically clear under IOSS and are delivered DDP (no additional VAT due on delivery).

EU (above €150): Duties/VAT may be collected on arrival by customs (DDU), unless otherwise specified.

U.K.: For qualifying orders where we collect UK VAT at checkout, parcels are usually delivered without additional VAT due. Higher-value shipments may incur import charges.

U.S.: U.S. orders typically do not incur import duties for domestic shipments; international orders to the U.S. follow U.S. customs rules.

Other countries: Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Customs processing times vary and are outside our control. Refusal to pay assessed duties/taxes may result in return-to-sender; see Section 10.
7) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please confirm complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

We can attempt address changes before dispatch only. After the carrier scans your parcel, rerouting is limited and may incur a fee.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8) Missed, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and designated drop areas first.

Report issues to us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan. We’ll work with the carrier on a trace.

Orders marked delivered and subsequently stolen may be eligible for one-time courtesy solutions or shipping insurance claims if you purchased insurance at checkout; outcomes depend on carrier investigation and coverage terms.
9) Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If items are damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
10) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable/refused/unclaimed, we’ll notify you.

We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus:

original shipping (unless prohibited by local law or our error), and
-
return shipping/handling charged by the carrier.

EU/UK consumers: Your statutory rights (including the 14-day withdrawal for distance sales and the rule on refunding standard outbound shipping) remain unaffected for eligible returns.
11) Split Shipments & Multi-Warehouse Orders
We may ship items from different warehouses for faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost for Standard service.
12) Restricted & Hazardous Items
Certain goods (e.g., lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids) have transport restrictions and can ship only via approved services/regions. We will notify you at checkout if an item cannot ship to your destination.
13) Weather, Force Majeure & Carrier Disruptions
Severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, public-health events, or carrier network issues may cause delays beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated and work to minimize impact.
14) Order Changes & Cancellations

Before shipment: we can usually modify or cancel your order—contact us ASAP.

After shipment: changes/cancellations are no longer possible; please see our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return where eligible.
15) Interaction with Returns & Consumer Rights
This Shipping Policy works together with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

EU/UK: You retain all mandatory consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal for distance sales and delivery within 30 days, unless a different timeframe was expressly agreed.

U.S.: State/federal consumer protections apply; our policies do not limit any non-waivable rights.
